Description
Usually, we work with clients who are looking to build or renovate a home for themselves. For the Kirkdale property, we were working with a client whose goal was to improve the curb appeal of the home in order to sell it. We designed, implemented, and finished an exterior renovation in just three months. The timing made it possible for the owner to take advantage of a hot seller’s market in the summer. The renovations included a front portico with a side window, application of natural stone and stucco, new front and garage doors, and an elegant address sign.

Creative design produced spectacular interior and exterior changes for a 25-year-old Tudor home! A gable, eyebrows, and natural stone were added. The brick was resurfaced with insulation and stucco. A huge, new wood deck with gazebo created a super entertainment and relaxation centre. A fabulous central kitchen was custom designed and installed. The family room received a new precast-fireplace-mantle. A cooperative client-builder relationship produced a winner!

Jocelyn wanted an elegant, contemporary finish to the exterior of her 1960’s home on Ringwood Crescent… and she wanted it done on a tight budget. We worked with the existing stone added two inches of Styrofoam insulation to improve efficiency, added a covered porch, an upper gable, new second story windows, and a multitude of small details. The changes are so profound, guests are asking the owners if they built new.
